When I finished Junior high school, I felt that it is a start of my new life, my new journey. I knew that in the first place it’s hard to be a Senior High School student most specially when my parents want me to pursue my Senior high elsewhere. What does this mean to me? This meant going to a new school without the knowledge of whether I would find my niche in that school. To me, transferring to a new school was one of the most intimidating events that I have ever faced. Friendless, alienated, lonely, these things that I never felt before suddenly came through me. Through these experiences, I have often felt secluded and out of place at the first week of classes.
June 4, 2018, it’s my first day of school, and I know that it wasn’t that easy, but for my future, I need to be strong and diligent enough to face it. As I enter the class, those subjects are extremely shocking and I know that it is all because of our strand which is SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING AND MATHEMATICS also known as STEM, the hardest among the strands which is basically more on Mathematics and Science.
Second day, as I enter the classroom I felt so nervous, mixed emotions because I don’t have any idea about Senior High. So I go with the flow like I used to be, then after a week I finally adjusted to my new environment, and everything seems fine.
Through my hardships and determination, I finally come up with the Second Semester with all those trials that I never give up. And now I am in Eleventh grade hoping to be a grade twelve soon without problems with my grades and school. “Challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.”
